TRAINING GUIDE

Step-by-Step

ENABLE ASSET TYPES BY DISTRIBUTOR ACCOUNT

1 – Open the SETTINGS MENU.

2 – Select the distributor.

3 – Select the Operations tab.

4 – Select the Asset page.

5 – Click to enable the Meter feature.

6 – Click on “SAVE”.

7 – On the top-right corner a  message in color green stating the following: “The asset settings were saved successfully.”

METER TEMPLATES

NOTE: This feature requires the meters to be enabled in the previous step.

8 – In the SETTINGS MENU, in the  OPERATIONS tab, select the METER TEMPLATE page.

9 – Click on the button “NEW METER TEMPLATE” on the top-right corner.

10 – A new pop-up window will open. Fill the details required.

11 – In the field “UNIT” the user can select a custom unit if necessary.

12 – In the field “Nº OF DIGITS”, the value must be between 1 and 9.

13 – In the field “Nº OF DECIMALS”, the value must be between 0 and 4.

14 – In the field “UNITS PER PULSE”, the value must be between 0 and 1000.

15 – In the field “MAX THROUGHPUT (PER HOUR)*”, the value must be between 0 and 999 999 999.

16 – In the field “GAS TO LIQUID RATE”, the value must be between 1 and 99.

17 – Click on “CREATE”.

18 – The screen will refresh and go back automatically to the Meter Templates Page and a message in color green stating “the meter template was created successfully” will appear in the top-right corner.
