60 – Open the REPORTS Menu.

61 – Select the NOTIFICATIONS Page.

62 – The NOTIFICATIONS Page will display the current notifications activated.

63 – A Tool tip with further details will appear by hovering the mouse over the NOTIFICATIONS NAME.

64 – Click on “NEW NOTIFICATION” button.

65 – Type  the Notifications NAME.

66 – Select the ASSET TYPE.

67 – Select the STATES. Click again to select more than one STATE.

68 – In the “APPLY TO” field box, select which tanks this notification applies to.

69 – Click on “CONTINUE”.

70 – Select the SUBJECT and MESSAGE. The user can use the following placeholders specific for PGTs:

• [acoName] 
• [acoState] 
• [acoLastStateChangeDate] 
• [acoLastReadingDate] 
• [acoPageUrl]

71 – Click on “CONTINUE”.

72 – On the CONTACT GROUPS field box, select who to send the notification to.

73 – Click on “CREATE NOTIFICATION”.
