PRESSURE GAUGE DEPLOYMENT ​

STEP 1 – SELECT DEVICE​

1.1 - Update the ANOVA GO mobile APP to the latest version. ​

NOTE: The ANOVA GO APP only supports Pressure Gauges starting on version 4.1.0 (included).​

1.2 - Click to open the APP. On the HOME PAGE, click on the ROCKET ICON to start a NEW DEPLOYMENT. ​

1.3 - Search for the device SERIAL NUMBER on the TOP SEARCH BAR or click on SCAN DEVICE button to scan the device QR CODE. ​

1.4 - Confirm the device SERIAL NUMBER. Click to select.

STEP 2 – SELECT SITE​

CREATING NEW SITE:​

2.1 - Click on NEW SITE to create the new location in the platform.​

2.2 - Fill the required FIELDS to create the NEW SITE.​

2.3 - Click APPLY.​

2.4 - A message in color green will show in the top of the page stating “Site [SITE NAME] was successfully created”.​

2.5 - Click NEXT.

SELECTING EXISTING SITE:​

2.6 - Search for the EXISTING SITE in the TOP SEARCH BAR.​

2.7 - Select EXISTING SITE. ​

2.8 - Click NEXT.​

STEP 3 – NEW ASSET ​

CREATING PRESSURE GAUGE IN EXISTING SITE – FOR DISTRIBUTOR WITH 1 PRODUCT GROUP:​

WARNING: Before proceeding, the asset type “PRESSUREGAUGE” 
must be enabled in the Unify Web Distributor Settings for the option “PRESSURE GAUGE” to appear.​

3.1 – Click on NEW ASSET. ​

3.2 – Select the Asset type: PRESSURE GAUGE.​

3.3 – Click on NEXT.​

3.4 – To create a new pressure gauge the following fields need to befilled: Pressure gauge name; and Pressure gauge template.​

By selecting the Pressure gauge Template, the following fields will be automatically populated: Product; Sensor; Unit and Function. The Tank field is optional.

NOTE: The fields “Pressure at 0%” and “Pressure at 100%” will appear only when “Function: Level Only” or “Level & Pressure” is selected. The value must be within the pressure gauge sensor’s range/span. ​

3.5 – Click on the THRESHOLDS tab.

3.6 – Add the thresholds values for:​

-Overpressure​

-Warning​

-Critical​

-Very Critical​

3.7 – You can also set the Hysteresis.​

3.8 – Click on CREATE.​

3.9 – The screen will move to the next step SET UP DEVICE and a message in color green stating “Pressure Gauge <PGT Name> was successfully created.” will appear in the top.​

3.10 – Click on NEXT.

​​​​​​​STEP 4 – SET UP DEVICE​

4.1 – Click on the PENCIL icon next to the NEW CHANNEL.​

4.2 – The CHANNEL page will open.​

4.3 – Select the correct pressure gauge from the list of options provided. ​

4.4 – Click on SAVE.​

4.5 – The screen will go back to the SET UP DEVICE page. Click on NEXT.​

4.6 – It’s now necessary to activate the device for these configurations to be received. Click CONTINUE to proceed.

STEP 5 – TEST CONNECTIVITY ​

5 - After starting the device activation, the APP will go through a process of 3 steps to validate the device communication to the system.

LAST STEP – UPLOAD PHOTOS ​

101 – (OPTIONAL) The user can add photos of the SITE, PGT, TANK, DEVICE, DOCUMENTS and OTHER additional information. Click on the “+” icon to ADD PHOTOS to each SECTION. ​

102 -  Click FINISH to proceed.​

103 -  A message in color green will show at the top of the page stating: “All done.”.​

104 – The installation is now complete. The new pressure gauge will be displayed in the Tanks List Page alongside the other tanks.
