OVERVIEW
The Scheduled Deliveries Export feature allows users to export scheduled delivery data directly from the Operations --> Schedule page in Transcend. This feature enables users to generate a report of upcoming scheduled deliveries up to a selected date and have it delivered via email.
ACESSING THE FEATURE
1 – Navigate to Operations.
2 – Select Schedule from the left-hand menu.
3 – On the Asset Schedule page, click the Export Scheduled Deliveries button located in the top-right corner.
EXPORT CONFIGURATION
When the user clicks Export Scheduled Deliveries, a modal window appears with the following options:
1. Export Up to
- Users can select a date to define how far into the future scheduled deliveries should be included in the export.
- A date picker is provided for easy selection.
2. CSV Format
- Users can choose the format of the exported CSV file:
• North America
• Europe
3. Email
- The user must provide an email address where the export file will be sent.
NOTE: The filters that are selected in the page (days to runout and units) are also taken into account in the exported file.
EXPORT PROCESS
Once the user completes the configuration, they click Generate and Send.
The system processes the export in the background.
A notification message informs the user that the export may take a few minutes.
When ready, the system sends the generated CSV file as an email attachment to the specified address.
UI REFERENCE: ASSET SCHEDULE PAGE (EXPORT BUTTON LOCATION)
- Located in the top-right corner of the page as Export Scheduled Deliveries.
