The Auto Calibration feature is designed exclusively for Anova’s flagship device, the UTM, when used on the Wesroc.net platform. This tool streamlines calibration for in‑tank pressure monitors, ensuring accurate readings with minimal manual adjustment.
1. Preparing the Unit
1.1 Edit the Unit Settings
- Open the unit’s configuration page.
- Verify that the correct sensors are selected.
- Important: Calibration is only required for in‑tank pressure monitors (HDP sensors).
- Select the appropriate monitor length for the installation.
- (Optional) Update device name, adjust settings, and select the fuel type.
- Click Finish to save your changes.
2. Configuring Auto Calibration
2.1 Access the Calibration Tab
- Navigate to the unit’s main page.
- Select the Calibration tab to begin configuration.
2.2 Tank Information
Enter the correct:
- Tank shape
- Tank dimensions
These fields must be accurate for proper calibration.
2.3 Product-Specific Gravity
- Enter the specific gravity (SG) of the product stored in the tank.
- Common SG values are provided on the right side of the screen for convenience.
2.4 Verify Calibration Values
- Confirm that the millivolts per inch (mV/in) value updates at the bottom of the screen.
- If the value updates correctly, calibration is successfully configured.
3. On‑Site Activation
After completing configuration:
- Go on site.
- Activate the HDP monitor.
- The system will begin automatically reading accurate values using the calibration settings.
You may return to the calibration page at any time to recalibrate if needed.
