📘 Navigating Anova Unify

Welcome to the Anova Unify Navigation Guide. This article walks you through how to efficiently navigate the Unify platform, monitor your tank levels, manage devices, and configure your company settings.

🏠 Operations Dashboard

Upon login, you’ll land on the Operations Dashboard, your central hub for tank level monitoring.

• Tank Overview: View real-time tank levels.
• Clickable Boxes: Each tank box leads to a filtered, detailed tank list.
• Top Tabs: Navigate to other sections like Tanks, Fills, Maps, etc.

📂 Left Column Navigation

Use the leftmost column to access key modules:

• Devices: Manage device status and locations.
• Anova Connect App: Configure customer-facing settings.
• Reports: Schedule reports and set up notifications.
• Users: Manage user access and permissions.
• Settings: Customize company details and tank/device defaults.

🌳 Navigation Tree (Middle Column)

The Navigation Tree reflects your company’s structure:

• Subdivisions: Regions, branches, routes, etc.
• Dynamic Filtering: Selecting a branch filters tanks and users accordingly.
• Edit Options: Click the 3-dot menu to rename, add, or delete subdivisions, warehouses, sites, tanks, or devices.
• New Deployment: Create new sites/tanks and set up devices.

🛢️ Tanks List

Access all tank data in the Tanks List section:

• Sorting & Filtering: Click column headers or use the search bar.
• Custom Reports: Save your view as a new report via the Actions button.
• Actions Menu:
  • Download reports
  • Save filters
  • Move tanks/sites between subdivisions

📈 Tank Detail View

Clicking a tank opens its detailed view:

• Historical Data: View tank level trends over time.
• Date Range Selector: Customize the time window.
• Tank Switching: Easily switch between tanks at a site.
• Edit Options: Use the 3-dot menu to update tank/site info or device settings.

⛽ Fills & Maps

• Fills Section: Historical records of all detected fills.
• Maps Section: GPS-powered view of device locations.

📡 Devices Module

Monitor all devices, installed or in storage:

• Warehouses: Track non-installed units by location or personnel.
• Device Dashboard: View total devices, issues, battery, and sensor status.
• Device List: Sort, filter, and download device data.
• Maintenance Tab: Troubleshooting tips for common device issues.

📲 Anova Connect

Configure customer-facing features:

• Customer Accounts: Grant access to tank data.
• Order Placement & Support: Set up communication channels.
• Marketing Tools: Launch campaigns with your branding.

• Scheduled Reports: Send tank/device data daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Custom Reports: Share with any email, even outside Unify.
