46. Open the OPERATIONS MENU.
47. On the OPERATIONS MENU, select the CUSTOMER you wish to move to a different site.
48. Click on the “…” BUTTON next to the CUSTOMER NAME.
49. Select the option “MOVE”.
50. A new pop-up window will appear. The fields/options that will appear will vary, depending on the TEMPLATE TREE selected.
For example, for a TEMPLATE TREE of the LEVELS: REGION > DISTRICT > SUBDISTRICT > CUSTOMER:
- if the user is placed currently in the UPPER-LEVEL REGION, they will need to select ALL the LOWER-LEVELS below REGION (i. e., DISTRICT, SUBDISTRICT and CUSTOMER).
- If the user is placed in a LOWER-LEVEL of the TREE, for example, SUBDISTRICT, the UPPER-LEVELS REGION and DISTRICT will be filled AUTOMATICALLY. The user will only need to select the CURRENT LEVEL SUBDISTRICT and LOWER-LEVELS (CUSTOMER).
In this example, select the CURRENT LEVEL DISTRICT that the customer should be moved to.
51. Select the LOWER-LEVEL SUBDISTRICT.
52. Click NEXT.
53. A validation of the record is performed on the background. The VALIDATION STATUS will be INVALID if a RED CROSS ICON is shown next to the customer (for example, due to moving to the same location, or because the target distributor does not exist, etc.).
NOTE: If the user HOVERS the mouse over the RED CROSS ICON, a RED TOOLTIP will appear stating the ERROR TYPE.
54. The VALIDATION STATUS will be OK if a GREEN CHECK ICON is shown next to the site.
55. Click MOVE.
56. A final message will appear to CONFIRM the transfer. Click MOVE to confirm.
57. The page will go back automatically to the TANKS LIST PAGE and the following message in color green will appear in the top corner of the page: “The customer [CUSTOMER NAME] is scheduled to be moved to [SUBDISTRICT NAME] under [DISTRIBUTOR NAME]. Check the History tab for details.”
WARNING: This means the transfer is SCHEDULED to happen in the background and is NOT INSTANTANEOUS. It can take a moment or longer depending on the number of sites that are being moved.
