23. Open the OPERATIONS MENU.
24. On the OPERATIONS MENU, select the TANKS LIST PAGE.
25. Select the tank you wish to move to a different site.
26. Click on ACTIONS button.
27. Select the option “MOVE SITES AND TANKS”.
28. A new pop-up window will appear. The fields/options that will appear will vary, depending on the TEMPLATE TREE selected.
For example, for a TEMPLATE TREE of the LEVELS: REGION > DISTRICT > SUBDISTRICT > CUSTOMER:
- if the user is placed currently in the UPPER-LEVEL REGION, they will need to select ALL the LOWER-LEVELS below REGION (i. e., DISTRICT, SUBDISTRICT and CUSTOMER).
- If the user is placed in a LOWER-LEVEL of the TREE, for example, SUBDISTRICT, the UPPER-LEVELS REGION and DISTRICT will be filled AUTOMATICALLY. The user will only need to select the CURRENT LEVEL SUBDISTRICT and LOWER-LEVELS (CUSTOMER).
In this example, select the CURRENT LEVEL DISTRICT that the tank should be moved to.
29. Select the correct CUSTOMER.
30. Enable the option “MOVE TANKS ONLY”.
31. Select the TARGET SITE.
32. Click NEXT.
33. A validation of the record is performed on the background. The VALIDATION STATUS will be INVALID if a RED CROSS ICON is shown next to the tank (for example, due to moving to the same location, or because the target site does not exist, etc.).
NOTE: If the user HOVERS the mouse over the RED CROSS ICON, a RED TOOLTIP will appear stating the ERROR TYPE.
34. The VALIDATION STATUS will be OK if a GREEN CHECK ICON is shown next to the SOURCE LOCATION.
35. Click MOVE.
36. A final message will appear to CONFIRM the transfer. Click MOVE to confirm.
37. The page will go back automatically to the TANKS LIST PAGE and the following message in color green will appear in the top corner of the page: “The tank [TANK NAME] is scheduled to be moved to [TARGET CUSTOMER] under [TARGET DISTRICT]. Check the History tab for details.”
WARNING: This means the transfer is SCHEDULED to happen in the background and is NOT INSTANTANEOUS. It can take a moment or longer depending on the number of tanks that are being moved.
38. Select the TARGET DISTRICT the tank is scheduled to be moved to.
39. Select the HISTORY PAGE.
40. On the HISTORY PAGE, you can see the HISTORY RECORD of ALL the MOVE SITES, MOVE TANKS and MOVE CUSTOMERS ACTIONS scheduled for this CURRENT LEVEL DISTRICT.
NOTE: The HIGHER the LEVEL you are located in the TREE, the HIGHER the NUMBER of ACTIONS the HISTORY PAGE will display (all actions related to the CURRENT LEVEL and the LOWER-LEVELS of the TREE).
The LOWER the LEVEL you are located in the TREE, the LOWER the NUMBER of ACTIONS the HISTORY PAGE will show.
41. You can also see the ACTION STATUS. The STATUS will show “COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY” in color green when the scheduled action has been finalized.
42. Click on the RECORD to open its DETAILS PAGE.
43. On the right-side DETAILS COLUMN, you’ll see the same information displayed in the HISTORY PAGE.
44. On the CENTER TABLE you’ll see 1 row per site or tank moved. For example, if you moved 10 tanks to this district, 10 rows would be shown.
45. FILTERS can also be applied on the RECORD DETAILS PAGE. You can FILTER the STATUS by:
- NOT STARTED
- IN PROGRESS
- COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY
- COMPLETED WITH ERRORS
- FAILED
