- To start, make sure you are in the correct domain. If this is a parent domain, you will be able to create the user for all the subdomains inside the parent domain.
2. Select the "Administration" option.
3. Click on the "User" button on the left side of your screen.
4. Then, click "User" again.
5. Now, on the right corner of your screen, select the option "Add User".
6. After that, you can start by completing all the information on the new user. The fields with the * symbol are the ones that you required to complete.
Note: Always keep the "Prevent user from using DOLV3" option, ON.
7. When you are finished completing the information, scroll down to the "Domain and Asset Group Access" part and give the user the correct User Role and the Asset Groups that he will be having access to. Default Asset Group is the main group shown on your main page.
8. If everything was filled with the correct information, you will be able to click on "Save and Close" on your top right corner and with that, your user will be created successfully.
Note: If you want to reset the password, you can always comeback to the page and insert a new password for the user, and on the next time the user logs in, he will be prompt to insert a new one.
